Die Kulisse dient als \u00dcberblick und stellt alle Fl\u00e4chen mit einem Standortpotenzial dar unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob sich auf den ausgewiesenen Standorten aktuell ein grundwasserabh\u00e4ngiges Biotop etabliert hat oder nicht. Grundwasserabh\u00e4ngige Land\u00f6kosysteme sind durch die Absenkung des Grundwassers und Ver\u00e4nderungen des Klimas gef\u00e4hrdet. From the prism of the sustainable development, reuse of the exhaused SBP contributed to closing material and energy flows. Finding a solution for the reuse of exhausted SBP transforms linear to circular bioeconomy on a micro level. Key role of the application of SBP as biosorbent for metal ions removal has surface of the biomaterial and their textural characteristics. Comprehensive analysis was conducted in this work regarding determining surface of the sugar beet pulp: Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry (SEM-EDX), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), Boehm titrations, and detecting the point of zero charge (pHpzc). The texture and surface of SBP were analyzed before and after the applied biosorption process of the removal of molassigenic metal ions (Na+, K+, Ca2+) from the alkalized sugar juice. From the results obtained after the FTIR analysis could be concluded that main centers for the metal ions exchange are carboxyl, hydroxyl and phenyl functional groups. The graph obtained after thermogravimetric analysis confirms presence of the cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin in the structure of the sugar beet pulp which are mainly constructed of the carboxyl groups. Higher presence of the acidic groups on the surface of the sugar beet pulp (1.61mmol/g), than the base (0.25mmol/g), also confirms presence of the acid functional groups, possible proton donors for the exchange with molassigenic metal cations. Aditionally, acidic groups detected by the Boehm titration at the surface of sugar beet pulp after the applied biosorption process is smaller than before the process (1.10mmol/g). The pH working environment in which is conducted experiment (10.5) is convenient for the successful reduction of the present metal ions in alkalized juice, due to the negatively charged surface of the sugar beet pulp in the pH range higher than 10, whereas pHpzc is 6.4. During this biosorption process morphological structure regarding the density of shrinks, cracks and surface smoothness is not changed at the significant level according to SEM micrographs. EDX used as detector, additionaly confirmed increase in the amount of Na+, K+, Ca2+ after the biosorption process at the surface of the sugar beet pulp. Effective diagnostic methods are critical, yet traditional microscopy, though widely used for its simplicity, lacks the sensitivity and specificity of modern techniques like real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction (qPCR), making the latter a more effective tool for monitoring and assessing the burden of intestinal protozoa diseases. In this study, we implemented two duplex qPCR assays to detect Entamoeba dispar\uffe2\uff80\uff89+\uffe2\uff80\uff89Entamoeba histolytica and Cryptosporidium spp.\uffe2\uff80\uff89+\uffe2\uff80\uff89Chilomastix mesnili, along with singleplex assays for Giardia duodenalis and Blastocystis spp., using a 10 \uffc2\uffb5L reaction volume. This marks the first molecular detection of Chilomastix mesnili by qPCR, enhancing diagnostic precision. Using these, we analyzed stool samples from 70 patients on Pemba Island, Tanzania, before and 54 samples after treatment with 20, 25, or 30\uffc2\uffa0mg of emodepside or placebo, aiming to assess protozoa prevalence for this region and emodepside\uffe2\uff80\uff99s potential antiprotozoal effects. Our qPCR reliably detected protozoa in 74.4% of samples, with Entamoeba histolytica and Entamoeba dispar in 31.4% of cases. Notably, one-third of these infections were caused by Entamoeba histolytica. No significant reduction in protozoa was observed after emodepside treatment compared to placebo. The study highlights the utility of qPCR in providing species-level differentiation and improving the speed and cost-effectiveness of testing. This approach enabled a more comprehensive analysis of the rhizosphere bacterial community, revealing that unique amplicon sequence variants (ASVs) in aster and wheat membrane samples accounted for a notable proportion of all ASVs in the dataset (8.5% and 23%, respectively) that were not captured using the standard method. Additionally, our findings demonstrated higher alpha diversity of nitrogen-fixing bacteria in the wheat rhizosphere compared to the aster rhizosphere. This test allows the determination of EC50 values and the nature of the effects of pesticides on AM fungal spores (fungicidal or fungistatic). First, 19 active ingredients were tested on Rhizophagus intraradices MUCL 49410. Secondly, five of these compounds, varying in their toxicity to R. intraradices, were tested on three additional AM fungi (Rhizophagus irregularis MUCL 41833, Rhizophagus clarus MUCL 46238 and Rhizophagus aggregatus MUCL 49408). Our results showed that the toxicity of pesticides varied according to their chemical nature, concentration and AM fungal species tested. With the exception of 3,5,6-trichloro-2-pyridinol (TCP, a transformation product of chlorpyrifos), insecticides and herbicides had no detrimental effect on spore germination at the concentration expected in soil upon application of the recommended dose, unlike most fungicides, which had an impact on one or more AM fungi. Fludioxonil and pyraclostrobin were by far the most problematic fungicide and R. aggregatus the most sensitive strain to pesticides. This AM fungus could thus be a good indicator to be used in standard ecotoxicity testing. It is created using DLR's Soil Composite Mapping Processor (ScMAP), which utilises the Sentinel-2 data archive. SCMaP is a specialised processing chain for detecting and analysing bare soils/surfaces on a large (continental) scale. Bare surface and soil pixels are selected using a combined NDVI and NBR index (PVIR2) that optimises the exclusion of photosynthetically active and non-active vegetation. The index is calculated and applied for each individual pixel. All SoilSuite products are calculated based on the available Sentinel-2 scenes recorded between January 2018 and December 2021 in the target region. The data package excludes all scenes with a cloud cover of larger than 80 percent and a sun elevation of less than 20 degrees. The spectral composite products are calculated from the mean value after extensive removal of clouds, haze and snow effects at both scene and pixel level. The spectral data products are available at a pixel size of 20 m and contain 10 Sentinel-2 bands (B02, B03, B04, B05, B06, B07, B08, B08a, B11, B12). The SoilSuite comprises: (a) \u201cBare Surface Reflectance Composite \u2013 Mean\u201d that provides the spectral properties of soils that vary due to different soil organic carbon (SOC) content, soil moisture and soil minerology. This product is often used for spectral and digital soil mapping approaches, (b) \u201cBare Surface Reflectance Composite - Standard deviation\u201d informing about the spectral dynamic of bare surfaces and soils, (c) \u201cBare Surface Reflectance Composite \u2013 95% Confidence\u201d contains information about the reliability of the spectral information due to the number of valid observations per pixel, (d) \u201cBare Surface Statistics Product\u201d provides the number of bare soil occurrences over the total number of valid observations (Band 1), the number of bare soil occurrences (Band 2) and the total number of valid observations (Band 3), (e) \u201cMask\u201d is a product that aggregates simple landcover classes that occur during the time period between 2018 - 2021 (Sentinel-2). The three-class Mask contains bare surface occurrences (1), permanent vegetation (2) and other surfaces such as water bodies, urban areas, roads (3). It provides an overview of the relative sorption strength for heavy metals for the depth up to 1 m in Brandenburg. The map is based on the legend units of the soil map (B\u00dcK300) with corresponding assignment of parameterized soil forms determined by field and laboratory investigations. For this purpose, the corresponding parameters (soil type, humus content, pH value) were statistically derived for the same horizon-substrate combinations (usually the median value). Light shades of blue indicate a low erosive impact of rainfall and dark shades a high impact.</p> <p>The monthly R-factors are based on precipitation measurements from 87 automatic gauging stations with measurement intervals of 10 minutes (average measuring period of 19.5 years per station). The stations cover all agricultural zones in Switzerland. To exclude the influence of snow, temperatures are also recorded at an hourly resolution for 71 stations or are derived from the nearest station.</p> <p>A comparison of the 12 monthly R-factor maps shows that the summer months (June, July and August) have the highest rainfall erosivity values during the year. The Southern Alps (canton of Ticino), the mountain zones of the Northern Alps and parts of the valley zone have particularly high R-factors in this period. A proportion of 62% of Switzerland's annual rainfall erosivity is recorded between June and September. Die weitaus meisten dieser Prozesse laufen sehr langsam und f\u00fcr die menschlichen Sinne nur schwer wahrnehmbar ab. \nUm m\u00f6gliche Ver\u00e4nderungen zu dokumentieren, f\u00fchrt das LBEG das nieders\u00e4chsische Boden-Dauerbeobachtungsprogramm durch. Hierzu wurde in Kooperation mit anderen Landesdienststellen ein Netz von insgesamt 90 so genannten Boden-Dauerbeobachtungsfl\u00e4chen (BDF) aufgebaut. Siebzig entfallen auf orts\u00fcblich landwirtschaftlich (BDF-L) genutzte und zwanzig auf forstlich genutzte (BDF-F) Standorte. \nDie Auswahl von repr\u00e4sentativen BDF erfolgte anhand geowissenschaftlicher Kriterien wie Boden- und Gesteinsverh\u00e4ltnisse, Klima und Morphologie. Die \u00fcbrigen 47 BDF geben die Vielfalt der nieders\u00e4chsischen B\u00f6den unter orts\u00fcblicher Bewirtschaftung wieder. Sie dienen auch als Referenz f\u00fcr Fl\u00e4chen mit spezifischer Belastung. \nUm Aufschluss \u00fcber die Ursachen und Auswirkungen m\u00f6glicher Bodenver\u00e4nderungen zu erhalten, ermittelt das LBEG auf allen 70 landwirtschaftlich genutzten BDF zus\u00e4tzlich auch den Stoffeintrag \u00fcber D\u00fcnger und Pflanzenbehandlungsmittel sowie den Stoffaustrag mit dem abgefahrenen Erntegut. Der Landwirt protokolliert alle seine Bearbeitungsma\u00dfnahmen. \nZiel ist es, auf Basis dieser repr\u00e4sentativ ausgew\u00e4hlten Messfl\u00e4chen m\u00f6gliche Bodenver\u00e4nderungen aufzudecken, Ursache und Auswirkungen zu bewerten und zu prognostizieren. Er gibt einen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber die relative Bindungsst\u00e4rke f\u00fcr Schwermetalle f\u00fcr den grundwasserfreien Bodenraum in Brandenburg. Die Karte basiert auf den Legendeneinheiten der Boden\u00fcbersichtskarte mit entsprechender Zuordnung von parametrisierten Fl\u00e4chenbodenformen, die durch Gel\u00e4nde- und Laboruntersuchungen bestimmt wurden. Dazu wurden f\u00fcr gleiche Horizont-Substrat-Kombinationen die entsprechenden Parameter statistisch abgeleitet. Die Abfolge von Horizont-Substrat-Kombinationen in den Fl\u00e4chenbodenformen mit ihren Parametern bildeten die Grundlage f\u00fcr die Berechnung der relativen Bindungsst\u00e4rke gegen\u00fcber Schwermetallen (s. Methodendokumentation Bodenkunde,  Hennings 2000, Verkn\u00fcpfungsregel 7.1 bis 7.3). Gem\u00e4\u00df der INSPIRE-Datenspezifikation Soil (D2.8.III.3_v3.0) liegen die Inhalte der Karte INSPIRE-konform vor. Der WFS beinhaltet die folgenden FeatureTypes:     - Beobachtungsprozess (ompr:Process) mit Angaben zu der am Prozess beteiligten Organisation LBGR,     - abgeleitetes Bodenobjekt (so:SoilDerivedObject) mit Angaben zur Beobachtung der Bodeneigenschaft zur Beschreibung des abgeleiteten Bodenobjekts,     - Beobachtung einer Bodeneigenschaft (om:OM_Observation) mit Angaben zum Charakter des vom Boden abgeleiteten Objekts, der beobachtete Eigenschaft (observedProperty), der vom Boden abgeleiteten Beobachtung bodenbezogene Eigenschaften, dem Ergebnis der Beobachtungen des abgeleiteten Bodenobjekts,      - Bodenk\u00f6rper (so:SoilBody), abgegrenzter und hinsichtlich bestimmter Bodeneigenschaften und/oder r\u00e4umlicher Muster homogener Teil der Bodendecke, und     - Bodenschicht (so:SoilLayer) mit Angaben zur Zuordnung der Schicht zu einem ihrer Art entsprechenden Begriff, zum abgeleiteten Profil (DerivedSoilProfile), das als Referenzprofil f\u00fcr eine bestimmte Art von Boden in einem bestimmten geografischen Gebiet dient, der oberen und unteren Tiefe des Profilelements, gemessen von der Oberfl\u00e4che (0 cm) eines Bodenprofils (in cm).     ---      The compliant INSPIRE-WFS Soil / Relative Bindungsst\u00e4rke f\u00fcr Schwermetalle f\u00fcr den grundwasserfreien Bodenraum Brandenburg is a download service that delivers data in the annex schema Soil (derived from the original data set: Relative sorption strength for heavy metals for the soil space free of groundwater Brandenburg). It provides an overview of the relative sorption strength for heavy metals for the soil space free of groundwater in Brandenburg. The map is based on the legend units of the soil map with corresponding assignment of parameterized soil forms determined by field and laboratory investigations. For this purpose, the corresponding parameters were statistically derived for the same horizon-substrate combinations. The sequence of horizon-substrate combinations in the soil forms with their parameters formed the basis for the calculation of the relative sorption strength for heavy metals (see Methodendokumentation Bodenkunde, Hennings 2000, methods 7.1 to 7.3). The content of the soil map is compliant to the INSPIRE data specification for the annex theme Soil (D2.8.III.3_v3.0).
