Hydrocarbon decontamination techniques entail a high cost, imply in many cases their off-site treatment, and entail environmental risks. In contrast, the use of microbiological techniques through the addition of microbial consortia with the capacity to degrade these contaminants, are alternatives for soil biorecovery that are gathering growing interest in the construction of biopiles or ecopiles. However, for an effective application of these biotechnological techniques, it is necessary to guarantee an effectiveness in the action of these microbial consortia, whose persistence in soil is generally low. In this work, the stabilization of a microbial consortium specialized in the degradation of hydrocarbons and isolated from the own soil, has been studied through its immobilization on two classes biochars obtained form apricot stones at pyrolysis temperatures of 450\u00b0 and 650\u00b0C, respectively, as well as the increase of its efficiency rate through the addition of rhamnolipids. Ce point est \u00e0 mettre en relation avec les r\u00e9centes et futures politiques (europ\u00e9ennes ou globales) en mati\u00e8re de qualit\u00e9 des sols;\n- localiser les zones sensibles (\u00e0 faible niveau de COT) o\u00f9 prioriser la mise en place de pratiques de conservation.\n\nLa cartographie des stocks en Carbone Organique Total des sols sous cultures et en prairies permanentes a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2016 par une m\u00e9thode de mod\u00e9lisation spatiale d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e dans le cadre de la convention CARBIOSOL. Le stock de COT est calcul\u00e9 suivant une relation consid\u00e9rant i) la profondeur d'\u00e9chantillonnage (m), ii) la teneur en carbone organique total (COT - %C) dans le sol, iii) la proportion volumique en \u00e9l\u00e9ments grossiers et iv) la densit\u00e9 apparente de l'horizon (kg/cm\u00b3).\n\n- les co-variables environnementales : l'altitude, les temp\u00e9ratures et pr\u00e9cipitations, l'occupation du sol, des param\u00e8tres connus des sols (classe de drainage naturel, fractions granulom\u00e9triques, etc.). Ces facteurs ont une influence potentielle sur les stocks de carbone organique.\n\nLes stocks sont exprim\u00e9s en M\u00e9gagramme de Carbone par hectare (MgC/ha). A ce jour, la BDAT recense 22 830 147 r\u00e9sultats analytiques provenant de 1 962 238 \u00e9chantillons r\u00e9colt\u00e9s sur la p\u00e9riode 1990-2009. L'analyse de ces donn\u00e9es permet par exemple de mettre en \u00e9vidence \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle nationale une forte h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 spatiale de la richesse en phosphore assimilable, des baisses des teneurs en carbone des sols initialement les plus pourvus et d'une hausse g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e des pH des sols non calcaires. Cependant, les biais statistiques inh\u00e9rents \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie d'\u00e9chantillonnage adopt\u00e9e peuvent \u00eatre importants et difficilement quantifiables. Li\u00e9s aux autres milieux aquatiques au sein du cycle de l\u2019eau, les milieux humides sont pr\u00e9sents sur l\u2019ensemble du territoire, en m\u00e9tropole et dans les territoires ultramarins, mais sont globalement en forte r\u00e9gression.  D\u00e9finis par la convention de Ramsar de 1971, les milieux humides peuvent \u00eatre recouverts d\u2019eau en permanence ou inond\u00e9s seulement lors de certaines p\u00e9riodes. Ce sont par exemple les zones de mar\u00e9cages, les mares, les bras morts des fleuves et des rivi\u00e8res. Ce sont aussi les for\u00eats qui bordent les cours d\u2019eau, dites for\u00eats alluviales. Ce sont encore les pr\u00e9s sal\u00e9s ou les mangroves, sur le littoral, o\u00f9 ils communiquent \u00e0 la fois avec les eaux douces et les eaux c\u00f4ti\u00e8res lors des mar\u00e9es.  Cependant, la d\u00e9finition des milieux humides ne se restreint pas aux \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes recouverts d\u2019eau de mani\u00e8re permanente ou temporaire. La pr\u00e9sence d\u2019eau peut aussi se traduire par un sol gorg\u00e9 d\u2019eau. Dans les tourbi\u00e8res par exemple, la sphaigne - la mousse qui les compose - se gonfle d\u2019eau comme une \u00e9ponge, parfois sans m\u00eame que cela ne soit visible. De kaart en de objecten zijn niet juridisch geborgd en beschermd. Dit kan later door gemeenten worden geregeld in bijvoorbeeld omgevingsplannen. Il a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9 sur le tiers restant.\n\nLa mod\u00e9lisation de l'incertitude est une erreur potentielle qui permet une meilleure interpr\u00e9tation des produits cartographiques finaux g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par le projet CARBIOSOL.
