Zur Inanspruchnahme dieser Mittel m\u00fcssen die landwirtschaftlichen Betriebe j\u00e4hrlich fl\u00e4chenbezogene Agrarf\u00f6rderantr\u00e4ge stellen. \n\tDie Antragsdaten werden digital auf der Grundlage des Feldblockkatasters  (DFBK) erstellt. In die Feldbl\u00f6cke digitalisieren die landwirtschaftlichen Betriebe die Landschaftselemente und Schl\u00e4ge, die sie bearbeiten wollen, ein. Den Schl\u00e4gen werden  Attribute  wie Kulturart, Bodennutzung, Bindungen (Restriktionen) und Gr\u00f6\u00dfe zugeordnet, nach denen sich die F\u00f6rdermittel berechnen. Den Schl\u00e4gen ist immer nur eine Kulturart zugeordnet. M\u00f6gliche Arten von Landschaftselemente k\u00f6nnen u.a. Hecken, Baumreihen, Feldraine, Feuchtgebiete sein. N\u00e4here Erl\u00e4uterungen sind in den angef\u00fcgten Dokumentationen (*.pdf) enthalten.\n\tZur endg\u00fcltigen Berechnung der F\u00f6rdermittel sind noch weitere Kennziffern notwendig, wie z.B. Das System zur Identifizierung landwirtschaftlicher Parzellen (LPIS) nach Artikel 68 der Verordnung (EU) 2021/2116 ist ein Bestandteil des Integrierten Verwaltungs- und Kontrollsystems (InVeKoS), wie in Artikel 66 der genannten Verordnung definiert. Es wird auf Ebene der Referenzparzellen angewandt. (VO 2022/1172 Art. 2 Abs. 1). Das Th\u00fcringer Fl\u00e4chenreferenzsystem (digitale Grundkarte Landwirtschaft, kurz DGK-Lw) basiert in Th\u00fcringen auf der Referenzparzelle Feldblock (FB) gem\u00e4\u00df \u00a7 5 Nr. 1 GAPInVeKoS-Verordnung. Der Feldblock ist danach eine von dauerhaften Grenzen umgebene zusammenh\u00e4ngende landwirtschaftliche Fl\u00e4che eines oder mehrerer Betriebsinhaber. Der Feldblock beinhaltet somit die Informationen \u00fcber die geographische Lage der Au\u00dfengrenzen der landwirtschaftlichen Nutzfl\u00e4che. Referenzparzellen sind deutschlandweit eindeutig durchnummeriert (Feldblockident - FBI). Sie besitzen weiterhin eine Feldblockgr\u00f6\u00dfe (maximal f\u00f6rderf\u00e4hige Fl\u00e4che) und eine Bodennutzungskategorie. \nFolgende Feldblocktypen gibt es:\n- Landwirtschaftliche Nutzfl\u00e4che (LF)\n- Landschaftselemente (LE)\n- Sondernutzungsfl\u00e4chen (SF)\n- Forstfl\u00e4chen (FF)\nDie Einteilung der Feldbl\u00f6cke erfolgt getrennt nach den Hauptbodennutzungen Ackerland (AL), Gr\u00fcnland (GL), Dauerkulturen (DK), einschlie\u00dflich darauf befindlicher Agroforstsysteme sowie nach den BNK f\u00fcr keine \u201elandwirtschaftliche Fl\u00e4che\u201c entsprechend \u00a7 11 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 Buchst. a, b, c und d GAPDZV (NW, EF und PK) und Sonstige. \nLandschaftselemente (LE) werden entsprechend der Verordnung (EU) 2022/1172 Art. 2 Abs. 7 unter definierten Bedingungen als Teil der f\u00f6rderf\u00e4higen landwirtschaftlichen Fl\u00e4che betrachtet. In Th\u00fcringen werden diese dauerhaften Konditionalit\u00e4ts-LE als separater Feldblock (FB) ausgewiesen und sind somit Teil des Th\u00fcringer Fl\u00e4chenreferenzsystems (Feldblockreferenz). Sie m\u00fcssen einen eindeutigen Bezug zu einem LF-FB (Landwirtschaftliche Nutzfl\u00e4che) besitzen, d.h. sie liegen innerhalb eine Acker-, Dauergr\u00fcnland- oder Dauerkulturfl\u00e4che oder grenzen in Randlage direkt an diese. \nF\u00fcr die Herstellung der DGK-Lw werden (amtliche) Orthofotos der Th\u00fcringer Kataster- und Vermessungsverwaltung (TLBG) sowie Orthofotos aus Eigenbefliegungen des TLLLR interpretiert.
