Les surfaces agricoles sont constitu\u00e9es des terres arables, des prairies permanentes et des cultures permanentes. Ces surfaces reprennent les \u00e9l\u00e9ments constitutifs des parcelles de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, unit\u00e9s du syst\u00e8me d'identification des parcelles agricoles (SIPA ou LPIS) requis par la Commission europ\u00e9enne.\n\nL'Organisme Payeur de Wallonie d\u00e9termine les types de couverture des surfaces agricoles sur base des codes cultures consolid\u00e9s et de l'historique des parcelles. Il se base pour ce faire sur les orthophotographies a\u00e9riennes prises annuellement sur toute la Wallonie. Des constats automatiques sont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s lors d'une divergence entre le code culture d\u00e9clar\u00e9 par l'agriculteur, contr\u00f4l\u00e9 sur place ou d\u00e9tect\u00e9 par l'AMS (Area Monitoring System) et le type de couverture enregistr\u00e9 dans le syst\u00e8me d'identification des parcelles agricoles.\n\nLes types de couverture sont les suivants:\n\n- terre arable\n\n- prairie permanente\n\n- culture permanente\n\nLes surfaces agricoles reprennent \u00e9galement les \u00e9l\u00e9ments du paysage (\u00e0 partir de 2023) et les surfaces d'int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e9cologique (SIE; avant 2023).\n\nChaque surface agricole est porteuse d\u2019une identification unique enregistr\u00e9e dans le LPIS, syst\u00e8me d'information g\u00e9ographique (SIG) de la Wallonie.\n\nElles concernent l'enti\u00e8ret\u00e9 du territoire wallon.\n\nLes surfaces agricoles sont publi\u00e9es afin de rencontrer le r\u00e8glement 2023/138/EU. Cellular FN is organized in fibrillar networks and can be assembled differently in the presence of two Extra Domains, EDA and EDB. Our objective was to develop numerical quantitative biomarkers to characterize the geometrical organization of the four FN variants (that differ by the inclusion/exclusion of EDA/EDB) from 2D confocal microscopy images, and to compare sane and cancerous tissues. First, we showed through two classification pipelines, based on curvelet features and deep learning framework, that the FN variants can be distinguished with a similar performance to that of a human annotator. We constructed a graph-based representation of the fibers, which were detected using Gabor filters. Graphspecific attributes were employed to classify the variants, proving that the graph representation embeds relevant information from the confocal images. Furthermore, we identified various techniques capable to differentiate the graphs, allowing us to compare the FN variants quantitatively and qualitatively. Performance analysis using toy graphs showed that the methods, which are based on graph matching and optimal transport, can meaningfully compare graphs. Using the graph-matching framework, we proposed different methodologies for defining the prototype graph, representative of a certain FN class. Additionally, the graph matching served as a tool to compute parameter deformation maps between the variants. Il ne comprend donc pas d\u2019information \u00e0 caract\u00e8re personnel permettant d\u2019identifier l\u2019exploitant. Il est fourni sur une base annuelle. Les donn\u00e9es d'une ann\u00e9e de culture sont mises \u00e0 disposition du public dans le courant de l'ann\u00e9e suivante. La pr\u00e9sente version concerne l'ann\u00e9e culturale (mill\u00e9sime) 2020.\n\nLe parcellaire agricole anonyme localise, sous la forme de polygones, l\u2019emprise des parcelles agricoles exploit\u00e9es ainsi que la culture principale qui y est effectu\u00e9e, ce qui n\u2019exclut pas un usage \u00e9ventuel en interculture. Ce parcellaire est limit\u00e9 \u00e0 la Wallonie.\n\nLa culture principale pratiqu\u00e9e sur les parcelles agricoles est \u00e9tiquet\u00e9e et symbolis\u00e9e par un aplat de couleurs.\n\nLe parcellaire agricole anonyme est fourni \u00e0 titre indicatif, et sans garantie aucune, tant au niveau des limites que des informations attributaires. Les limites des parcelles sont bas\u00e9es sur une interpr\u00e9tation des r\u00e8gles d'\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9s que doit suivre l'Organisme Payeur de Wallonie (OPW). Elles ne refl\u00e8tent pas les limites de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s. En outre, la couche ne reprend pas les \u00e9ventuelles modifications du parcellaire agricole qui r\u00e9sultent d'adaptations ult\u00e9rieures requises par les r\u00e8gles de gestion, notamment dans le cadre de recours ou de d\u00e9cisions judiciaires.\n\nLa r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la gestion des aides agricoles reste le parcellaire agricole g\u00e9r\u00e9 par l'OPW. Especially under wet soil conditions, when soil is susceptible to compaction, heavy wheel load field traffic can lead to harmful soil compaction. This data set contains soil data from a wheeling experiment with an agricultural vehicle (2-axle combine harvester with bunker; total weight: 17 t). The experiment was conducted in 2016 on an agricultural test field in Adenstedt (Hildesheim district, Lower Saxony, Germany) during the harvest campaign. The soil type is Stagnic Luvisol derived from Loess and was conventionally tilled with a plough up to a depth of 28 cm. The cultivated crop was winter wheat. For the wheeling experiment, a combine harvester with full bunker volume passed defined plots in the field. In the inner field area, the number of wheel passes were 2 and in the headlands the number of wheel passes were 6. The sampling sites were both located in the inner field area and in the headlands. To investigate changes in soil physical parameters, soil structure, and soil functions caused by combine harvester driving, undisturbed soil cores (100 cm\u00b3) were taken before (unwheeled) and after wheeling (wheeled). The unwheeled soil samples were taken in 22, 35, and 50 depth and the wheeled soil samples in 20, 35, and 50 cm depth. In the inner field area, two soil pits were sampled per wheeling variant and in the headlands, one soil pit was sampled per wheeling variant. Additionally, the soil biopores were counted in every one of the three soil depths. A total of 30 undisturbed soil samples were taken per each soil pit, 10 per each soil depth.5 of the 10 undisturbed sampling rings were used to investigate soil water retention and the other 5 for saturated hydraulic conductivity. The determination of pF values was conducted in the soil laboratory using sand and clay boxes as well as pressure pots according to DIN ISO 11274. Saturated hydraulic conductivity was analyzed using a soil water permeameter (open system) according to ISO / FDIS 17312. Parmi ces param\u00e8tres, le carbone organique des sols, qui constitue plus de 50% de la masse de la mati\u00e8re organique du sol, est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme l'indicateur principal de la qualit\u00e9 des sols, \u00e0 la fois pour ses fonctions agricoles et environnementales.\n\nLa pr\u00e9sente couche de donn\u00e9es constitue la cartographie des teneurs en Carbone Organique Total (COT) pour les sols sous cultures et prairies permanentes en R\u00e9gion wallonne pour une p\u00e9riode comprise entre 2015 et 2019. La couche a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e par m\u00e9thode de mod\u00e9lisation spatiale d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par l'UCLouvain dans le cadre de la convention CARBIOSOL puis transmise \u00e0 REQUASUD pour le traitement des donn\u00e9es 2015-2019.\n\nPour plus de d\u00e9tails sur la constitution des couches cartographiques g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es dans le cadre du projet CARBIOSOL, veuillez-vous r\u00e9f\u00e9rer \u00e0 la fiche de m\u00e9tadonn\u00e9es documentant la s\u00e9rie de couches de donn\u00e9es.\n\nEn chaque pixel, la teneur en Carbone Organique Total (COT) est exprim\u00e9e en gramme de carbone par kilogramme de terre fine s\u00e8che (gC/kg). Le r\u00e9sultat en sortie du mod\u00e8le est une couche raster des teneurs en COT \u00e0 90 m\u00e8tres de r\u00e9solution et spatialement continue sur le territoire agricole wallon.\n\nLes teneurs moyennes en COT observ\u00e9es pour les sols (horizons de surface) sous cultures et prairies permanentes sur la p\u00e9riode 2015-2019 \u00e9taient de 1.33 gC/kg et 3.67 gC/kg respectivement, d\u2019apr\u00e8s la base de donn\u00e9es R\u00e9QuaSud. \n\nSur cette m\u00eame p\u00e9riode, 3.6 % des superficies sous cultures pr\u00e9sentaient des teneurs en COT < 1 gC kg-1  et 79 % pr\u00e9sentaient des teneurs < 1.5 gC/kg. The maps show the spatial and seasonal variability of rainfall erosivity in MJ mm ha\u207b\u00b9 h\u207b\u00b9 month\u207b\u00b9. Light shades of blue indicate a low erosive impact of rainfall and dark shades a high impact.</p> <p>The monthly R-factors are based on precipitation measurements from 87 automatic gauging stations with measurement intervals of 10 minutes (average measuring period of 19.5 years per station). The stations cover all agricultural zones in Switzerland. To exclude the influence of snow, temperatures are also recorded at an hourly resolution for 71 stations or are derived from the nearest station.</p> <p>A comparison of the 12 monthly R-factor maps shows that the summer months (June, July and August) have the highest rainfall erosivity values during the year. The Southern Alps (canton of Ticino), the mountain zones of the Northern Alps and parts of the valley zone have particularly high R-factors in this period. A proportion of 62% of Switzerland's annual rainfall erosivity is recorded between June and September. For the regional maps a different approach was used for agricultural land as compared to forest. The maps are based on digital soil mapping approaches using empirical models calibrated to predict the SOC stock and using covariates that are available at a sufficient resolution at the regional scale. All maps are strongly dependent on the Belgian Soil Map (texture and drainage parameters). The regional maps were compiled at a finer resolution (10m x 10m and 40m x 40m grid cells). Next they were joined (40m x 40m grid cells) and finally scaled up to the required 1 by 1 km grid cells. This was done using the following tools: block statistics (mean), mosaic to new raster (mean), project to raster, block statistics (mean), resample (nearest neighbour) and project raster. Given the different origins of the individual maps, the uncertainty varies between maps. For instance, a map of the 90% confidence interval of the SOC stocks was produced for agricultural soils in Wallonia based on a Monte Carlo Approach taking into account both the measurement and the model uncertainties. For Flemish forest soils, spatial and analytical uncertainties were taken into account using bootstrapping techniques. For Flemish agricultural soils, the uncertainty reported is the model uncertainty on point estimates for each data point, in which the estimated model parameters are simulated 1000 times as being independent normal distributed variables using their model estimation and standard error as distribution parameters. No additional uncertainty is taken into account for the conversion functions that use the stochastic variables \"bulk density\". The SOC stock maps are the first comprehensive map for Belgium integrating grasslands, croplands and forests. There are two versions of the SOC stock maps for Belgium: 1) resolution of 40m x 40m in the coordinate reference system Lambert72 and 2) resolution of 1km x 1km in the coordinate reference system WGS84. This spatial variation is represented in change in z-scores compared to the current supply. The presence of fallow land is evaluated on a NUTS1 level. In the regions where the target of fallow land is not reached, productive arable land is converted into low-productive grassland to reach the 5% or 10% goal. This scenario allows us to evaluate the effect of GAEC5 on the different soil functions. The soil functions are then mapped by applying a number of crop specific Bayesian networks on a combination of spatial maps which describe soil properties, climate, adapted land use and land management on agricultural soils throughout the European Union. Z-scores are calculated from the spatial SF maps for each of the NUTS1 zones. The z-scores give the signed fractional number of standard deviations by which SF means for an environmental zone are above or below the mean value and allow us indicate which areas have a higher or lower soil function performance compared to the mean value. Z-scores from the current SF maps and scenario maps were then compared to each other to calculate the change in z-scores. This change in z-scores is given in the shapefiles and describes the relative change in soil function performance. Positive values indicate an improvement in soil functioning compared to the current situation, negative values a decrease.
