Grassland contributes to food security by providing fodder for dairy and beef farming, storing nutrients and increasing biodiversity. These functions that secure the fertility and yields of soil are jeopardized by climate change, especially in monane and alpine areas.\nIn SUSALPS, scientists, authorities and farmers work together to investigate the influence of climate change on i) plant biodiversity, ii) C and N storage, iii) greenhouse gas exchange, iv) socio economic conditions that influence decision making of farmers.\nA central experimental aspect is the translocation of soil mesocosms from higher elevation to lower elevation (Esterberg site at 1200m, Graswang site at 860m, Fendt at 600m, Bayreuth at 300m). It provides an overview of the seepage water rate and the risk of potential nitrate leaching in the State of Brandenburg. The annual seepage water rate is the mean amount of seepage water (mm/a) that leaves the soil downwards, calculated with the TUB-BGR method. The potential risk of nitrate leaching describes the risk of nitrate leaching from the root zone of the vegetation through seeping soil water. The place of assessment is the lower limit of the rooted soil layer. The ratio of seepage water rate and available water capacity of the root zone (nFKWe) provides the exchange frequency of the soil water available to plants. This ratio is converted to a categorical variable of five levels (very low (1), low (2), medium (3), high (4), very high (5)), which is a qualitative measure of the potential risk of nitrate leaching. The state method for calculating the potential risk of nitrate leaching represents a modification of the federal method, in which the particular vulnerability of sites influenced by groundwater and peatland sites is taken into account. In the case of inadequate data bases, the data were obtained using the values from the tables of the Bodenkundliche Kartieranleitung, 3rd edition, Hanover 1982 (AG Bodenkunde) for water movement, Tab. 43 using the correlation rule 1.12 (method documentation Bodenkunde, Hennings et al 2000). The Veenkampen site is located in the \u2018Binnenveld\u2019 area between Wageningen and Veenendaal. It\u2019s grass on clay and peat is typical for the area. Its surroundings were converted from farmland into a wetland habitat since 2020. The Veenkampen site is a continuation of the former \u2018Haarweg\u2019 and \u2018Duivendaal\u2019 sites, which were reallocated because of city expansion. Together they are home to the world\u2019s longest record of global radiation and others. The Veenkampen site is both an operational and experimental site. The focus is on how CO2 and water exchange change with climate and particularly in extremes (droughts, heat waves). With respect to air quality, the site is a background location, without close traffic and industrial sources. The site is operated by MAQ at Wageningen University. It is regularly used by other partners too (e.g. other WUR groups, RIVM). Operationally, we measure meteorology, evaporation, CO2 exchange, soil variables and black carbon concentrations. Gem\u00e4\u00df der INSPIRE-Datenspezifikation Soil (D2.8.III.3_v3.0) liegen die Inhalte der Karte INSPIRE-konform vor. Der WFS beinhaltet die folgenden FeatureTypes:      - Beobachtungsprozess (ompr:Process) mit Angaben zu der am Prozess beteiligten Organisation LBGR,      - abgeleitetes Bodenobjekt (so:SoilDerivedObject) mit Angaben zur Beobachtung der Bodeneigenschaft zur Beschreibung des abgeleiteten Bodenobjekts (soilDerivedObjectObservation),     - Beobachtung einer Bodeneigenschaft (om:OM_Observation) mit Angaben zum Charakter des vom Boden abgeleiteten Objekts, der beobachtete Eigenschaft, der vom Boden abgeleiteten Beobachtung bodenbezogene Eigenschaften, dem Ergebnis der Beobachtungen des abgeleiteten Bodenobjekts,      - Bodenk\u00f6rper (so:SoilBody), abgegrenzter und hinsichtlich bestimmter Bodeneigenschaften und/oder r\u00e4umlicher Muster homogener Teil der Bodendecke, und     - Bodenschicht (so:SoilLayer) mit Angaben zur Zuordnung der Schicht zu einem ihrer Art entsprechenden Begriff, zum abgeleiteten Profil, das als Referenzprofil f\u00fcr eine bestimmte Art von Boden in einem bestimmten geografischen Gebiet dient, der oberen und unteren Tiefe des Profilelements, gemessen von der Oberfl\u00e4che (0 cm) eines Bodenprofils (in cm).     ---      The compliant INSPIRE-WFS Soil / Kennwerte der Wasserbindung Brandenburg is a download service that delivers data in the annex schema Soil (derived from the original data set: Parameters of water retention Brandenburg). It provides an overview of the parameters of water retention (water content at field capacity, available field capacity, available field capacity in the effective root zone) in the federal state of Brandenburg. The map is based on the legend units of the soil map (B\u00dcK300) with corresponding assignment of parameterized soil forms, which were determined by field and laboratory investigations. In the case of inadequate data bases, the data were obtained using the values from the tables of the Bodenkundliche Kartieranleitung, 3rd edition, Hanover 1982 (AG Bodenkunde) for water retention, Tab. 43 using method 1.11 (method documentation Bodenkunde, Hennings et al 2000). The content of the soil map is compliant to the INSPIRE data specification for the annex theme Soil (D2.8.III.3_v3.0). Any change in physico-chemical properties can result in changes in drug release, and furthermore in its bioavailability. Evidence suggest that physicochemical properties of medicinal solids depend on the presence of heat and humidity. In order to overcome such changes, it is necessary to determine the storage conditions required for obtaining a desired drug release. Materials and methods: Theophylline tablets were prepared by Direct Compression method using Carbapol 934 and HPMC K15M. After conducting some initial tests, the tablets were subjected to different conditions of temperature and humidity for six months. Theophylline release from different formulations was analyzed. The data were then fitted to Kinetic model. Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) was used to determine the physical stability of tablets and possible adverse interactions between drugs with polymers or other materials. Results: The results of drug release from different formulations showed no significant differences between various times (zero, three, and six months) (P= 0.207). Also, by studying the Dsc thermogram of different formulations the peak Theophylline was seen at approximately 275\u00b0C, and the thermogram did not show any changes. Conclusion: In this study, keeping Theophylline tablets for three and six months in different conditions did not cause significant changes in drug release. Ausgewiesen wird jeweils die metallspezifische relative Bindungsst\u00e4rke f\u00fcr die Schwermetalle Aluminium (Al), Blei (Pb), Cadmium (Cd), Chrom III (Cr(III)), Eisen III (Fe(III)), Kobalt (Co), Kupfer (Cu), Mangan (Mn), Nickel (Ni), Quecksilber (Hg) und Zink (Zn). Die dargestellten Inhalte wurden f\u00fcr den Ma\u00dfstab 1 : 300.000 erstellt und sind f\u00fcr Darstellungen in Ma\u00dfst\u00e4ben gr\u00f6\u00dfer 1 : 100.000 nicht geeignet. Die Karte basiert auf den Legendeneinheiten der Boden\u00fcbersichtskarte mit entsprechender Zuordnung von parametrisierten Fl\u00e4chenbodenformen. Diese stellen je Legendeneinheit eine Bodenformengesellschaft dar. Die einzelnen (Fl\u00e4chen-)Bodenformen wurden mit Parametern belegt, auch mit jenen zur Berechnung der Bindungsst\u00e4rke f\u00fcr Schwermetalle (s. Hennings 2000, Kap. 2), die auf Basis von Gel\u00e4nde- und Laboruntersuchungen ermittelt wurden. Dazu wurden f\u00fcr gleiche Horizont-Substrat-Kombinationen die entsprechenden Parameter (Bodenart, Humusgehalt, pH-Wert) statistisch abgeleitet (i.d.R. der Medianwert).
