Die Verbreitung und Vergesellschaftung der B\u00f6den auf dem Gebiet dieses Kartenblattes wird anhand von 55 Legendeneinheiten (gegliedert nach Bodenregionen und Bodengro\u00dflandschaften) beschrieben. Jede Legendeneinheit beinhaltet bodensystematische Informationen (Bodensubtyp) und Informationen zum Bodenausgangsgestein sowohl f\u00fcr die Leitb\u00f6den als auch f\u00fcr deren Begleiter. Im Zuge der Bearbeitung der B\u00dcK200-Nachbarbl\u00e4tter Bad Reichenhall und Regensburg wurde der LBG-Datensatz von M\u00fcnchen in der s\u00fcd\u00f6stlichen Blattecke (Stand 15. Mai 2006) und am n\u00f6rdlichen Blattrand (Stand 06. November 2006) in Teilen ver\u00e4ndert. In der BGL 5.1 ist eine LE (28 alt) weggefallen (Stand 04. Dezember 2009). Im Zuge der Bearbeitung des B\u00dcK200-Blattes N\u00fcrnberg wurde der LBG-Datensatz von M\u00fcnchen am nordwestlichen Blattrand geringf\u00fcgig ver\u00e4ndert (Stand 06. Februar 2017). Im Zuge der Bearbeitung des B\u00dcK200-Nachbarblattes Rosenheim wurde der LBG-Datensatz von M\u00fcnchen am s\u00fcdlichen Blattrand grafisch ver\u00e4ndert. Inhaltlich wurden einige Fl\u00e4chen der LE 15 der neuen LE 16 zugeordnet. Alle folgenden LE sind dadurch jeweils um eins hochgez\u00e4hlt worden (Stand 24. F\u00fcr das Thema Bodenarten des Oberbodens bedeutet dies, dass der Einfachheit halber gemittelte Bodenarten des Oberbodens f\u00fcr die Legendeneinheiten (Bodenformengesellschaften) angegeben werden. Die Klassifizierung der Bodenformengesellschaften erfolgt jeweils nach KA5 und nach VDLUFA. Substrate: Der Dienst basiert auf den Legendeinheiten der Boden\u00fcbersichtskarte. Diese stellen Bodenformengesellschaften dar. Die substratsystematischen Einheiten der Fl\u00e4chenbodenformen liefern Angaben zur Substratgenese, Bodenartenschichtung und Bodenausgangsgestein. Die Legende der \u00dcbersichtskarte ist nach der Substratgenese und den Bodenarten gegliedert. It provides an overview of the organic matter content in the top soil. The map is based on the legend units of the soil map (B\u00dcK300) with corresponding assignment of parameterized soil forms determined by field and laboratory investigations. For the same horizon-substrate combinations, the corresponding parameters (such as organic matter content) were statistically derived (usually the median value). The organic matter content of the horizon-substrate combinations of soil forms was classified according to the Soil Science Mapping Guide, 5th edition, Hanover 2005, Tab. 15. Due to the dominance of agricultural areas in Brandenburg, the organic matter classification for agricultural use was applied area-wide. The map represents the classified values for the topsoil. The content of the soil map is compliant to the INSPIRE data specification for the annex theme Geology (D2.8.III.3_v3.0). It provides an overview of the suitability of naturally stored, deposited soil for the near-surface, geothermal use of thermal energy. The thermal energy stored in the ground / near surface can be obtained via heat exchangers (so-called geothermal collectors) and used by heat pumps for heating purposes (ground geothermal energy). The map shows the suitability of the location for geothermal collectors. The content of the soil map is compliant to the INSPIRE data specification for the annex theme Soil (D2.8.III.3_v3.0). These fertilizers were compared to conventional triple superphosphate (TSP) and no P fertilization (P0). We expected that reduced soil disturbance through deep loosening without soil turning would result in a higher abundance of bacteria involved in N and P turnover and an increased mycorrhizal colonization rate. Soil and rhizosphere samples were taken from two farms (Kiebitzbreite (KB) and Schmatzfelder Breite (SB)) in Central Germany during the 2018/2019 growing season when Triticum aestivum (cultivar Kredo at KB and Julius at SB) was cultivated at both sites. The abundance of microorganisms involved in P and nitrogen (N) turnover was determined using quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) (gcd, phoD, pitA, pstS, AMF, apr, chiA, nxrA, nifH, AOA, AOB, nirS, nirK, nosZ). Three individual plants were excavated per plot for nucleic acid extraction. Soil firmly adhered to the roots was sampled as rhizosphere soil. Bulk soil samples (0 - 10 cm) were taken from the plants at a 10 cm horizontal distance. In total, 240 samples were collected (2 fields, 5 fertilization treatments, 2 soil compartments, 4 plot replicates with 3 plants each) and sieved to 2 mm. Our data show that the fertilization treatment had less impact on bacteria involved in P turnover but significantly affected the abundance of bacteria catalyzing key steps of the N cycle. Each site comprised of an alley-cropping agroforestry system (AF) and an adjacent open cropland system (OC) serving as a reference land-use system without trees. At each agroforestry system, three subplots were established and arranged along linear transects orthogonal to the orientation of the tree row, spanning from the edge of the tree row to the center of the crop row. Each subplot in the agroforestry systems contained a transect with sampling points at 1, 7, and 24 m (center of the crop row) distance from the tree row edge into the crop row. Open cropland systems had three subplots (sampling point) with a minimum distance of 25 m between each other and at least 30 m to the field margins. At each sampling point two different seed cards were laid out. One card with weed seeds (Avena fatua) and another one with crop seeds (Hordeum vulgare). In total, 12 seed cards (9 agroforestry, 3 open cropland) of each type were set up at each site. Seed cards were manufactured using conventional sand paper (grain-size 400), labeled on the smooth side. The rough side was covered with repositionable spray adhesive (3M spray mount, art. no. 6065) and 10 seeds of the respective species were positioned in the middle of the cards. The glue was left to dry and covered with sand to avoid arthropods getting stuck on remaining glue. Seeds, which were lost before exposure were counted and excluded from evaluation. Seed cards were exposed for 48h in May and five weeks later (35 days) in June. This study quantitatively assessed the environmental changes in Chengde through observation records of water resources, water environment, atmospheric environment, and vegetation activity and investigated the possible causes. From the late 1950s to 2002, the streamflow presented a downward trend induced by climate variability and human activities, with contribution ratios of 33.2% and 66.8%, respectively. During 2001\u20132012, the days of levels I and II air quality presented clear upward trends. Moreover, the air pollutant concentration was relatively low compared with that in the adjacent areas, which means the air quality has improved more than that in the neighboring areas. The water quality, which deteriorated during 1993\u20132000, began to improve in 2002. The air and water quality changes were closely related to pollutant emissions induced by anthropogenic activities. During 1982\u20132012, the vegetation in the southeastern and central regions presented restoration trends, whereas that in the northwestern area showed degradation trends. The pixels with obvious degradation trends correlated significantly with annual mean temperature and annual precipitation. Ecological engineering also played a positive role in vegetation restoration.
