La classe 1 \u00e8 riservata alle aree che non presentano particolari limitazioni geologiche all'utilizzo a scopi edificatori e/o alla modifica della destinazione d'uso; la classe 2 alle aree con modeste limitazioni, che possono essere superate mediante approfondimenti di indagine; la classe 3 alle aree che presentano consistenti limitazioni alle trasformazioni d'uso del suolo per superare le quali potrebbero rendersi necessari interventi specifici o opere di difesa.
