Jede Legendeneinheit beinhaltet bodensystematische Informationen (Bodensubtyp) und Informationen zum Bodenausgangsgestein sowohl f\u00fcr die Leitb\u00f6den als auch f\u00fcr deren Begleiter. Im Zuge der Bearbeitung des B\u00dcK200-Nachbarblattes Frankfurt a.M.-West wurde der LBG-Datensatz von Siegen am s\u00fcdlichen Blattrand in Teilen ver\u00e4ndert (Stand 29. April 2008). Im Zuge der Bearbeitung des B\u00dcK200-Nachbarblattes K\u00f6ln wurde der LBG-Datensatz von Siegen am westlichen Blattrand angepasst. Die alte LE 58 aus der BGL 11.1 wurde der BGL 6.3 als neue LE 15 zugeordnet (Stand 23. Januar 2012). In SUSALPS, scientists, authorities and farmers work together to investigate the influence of climate change on i) plant biodiversity, ii) C and N storage, iii) greenhouse gas exchange, iv) socio economic conditions that influence decision making of farmers. It provides an overview of the first use-independent soil geological map that is available for Brandenburg (B\u00dcK300). The map provides an overview of essential soils and, with its evaluations, is the basis for specific tasks such as soil protection or spatial planning at state level. The legend is structured according to substrate characteristics and consists of 99 units in which the main soil groups (Leitbodenformengesellschaften) are shown. All soils (Fl\u00e4chenbodenformen) were characterised with chemical and physical parameters. This makes it possible to access the data of the digital map with different evaluation methods. Datengrundlagen der Karten sind Fl\u00e4chendaten der Bodensch\u00e4tzung, Geologie und verschiedene bodenkundliche Punkt- und Fl\u00e4chendaten. Der Dienst umfasst die folgenden Layer:      1. Fl\u00e4chentyp Bodenartengruppe,      2. Fl\u00e4chentyp Genese.     Die Auswertungen liefern die fachliche Basis sowohl f\u00fcr die Planung und Umsetzung bodenkundlicher Kartierungen, als auch f\u00fcr die Synthese und Ableitung der Bodenfunktions- und -gef\u00e4hrdungsbewertungen. Die G\u00fcte der zugrundeliegenden Konzeptkarten hat somit einen hohen Einfluss auf die Qualit\u00e4t der abgeleiteten Produkte. Im Land Brandenburg werden die Konzeptbodenkarten mit einem regelbasierten Ansatz weitgehend automatisiert softwaretechnisch abgeleitet. Das Verfahren implementiert die bislang analog durchgef\u00fchrten Arbeitsschritte und bildet als \u201eExpertensystem\u201c das Verst\u00e4ndnis \u00fcber die Genese und die Verbreitung der B\u00f6den in Brandenburg weitgehend ab.     Ein robustes Verfahren zum Abgleich laufender Erhebungen mit den \u201ePrognosen\u201c der Konzeptkarten und darauf fu\u00dfend deren systematische \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung und Bewertung wird derzeit erarbeitet. Zuk\u00fcnftig sollen in diesem Verfahren erkannte Defizite systematisch in einem modifizierten Ableitungsregelwerk ber\u00fccksichtigt und die Konzeptbodenkarten fortlaufend aktualisiert werden. This, together with an increasing demand for fertilizer and pesticide reduction has led to consider different and new approaches. We investigate the effect of Hartmannibacter diazotrophicus strain E19, a plant growth promoting rhizobacterium, in order to enhance the production of wheat and barley under low energy input. For that, we analyze the effect of three factors: organic fertilizer (with and without, only wheat), row distance (15 cm and 50 cm), and bacterial inoculation (E19 and control) at two different organic experimental field stations (Gladbacherhof and Kleinhohenheim). The dataset provides information about different parameter determined from rhizosphere soil and root samples collected at two different developmental stages (flowering and milk/fully ripe), as well as, the grain yield, straw yield, 1000 kernel mass, and seed quality during the seasons 2020-2021 and 2021-2022. The following soil parameter were evaluated: ammonium, nitrate, carbon-nitrogen ratio, microbial biomass, the respiration activity using different carbon sources (glucose, galactose, N-acetylglucosamine, arginine). These data sets are currently under evaluation and complemented with the quantification from root samples through quantitative PCR (qPCR) of strain E19 and the metabarcoding sequencing of the bacterial communities based on 16S rRNA genes obtained from rhizosphere soil samples during the two seasons.
